Autoblogging: the essence of the Internet

The controversy grows in autoblogging. People have good reasons to be against it every bit as much as others have good reasons for it to be. The fact of the matter is that autoblogging is the core of what the internet is all in the first place.

It's just that some practices of autoblogging are manipulative and not in tune with the interests of the internet community. For example, some autoblogs extract content from sources all over the internet and just happen to leave out critical information, such as giving credit to the author. If there is one thing that annoys a writer like me, is when someone uses my material without my permission and passes it as his own work. I don't mind sharing of personal data. Just make sure to know who wrote it originally.

What I find equally annoying is that places autoblog only a small part of the content it promises. If I do a search and find something that I read, I'd like to read there to link product research. I don't want to be chasing an article from another site, simply because I was given an extract and told to follow a link to learn more about it. This can get tedious if every source that I am having the same practice. I literally had to chase an article through five sources. Since then, I forgot what I was originally trying to find and waived altogether.

So, there are some practices that go against a autoblogging invisible barrier ethics that the internet community as a whole has watched from the first day. Still, autoblogging is not bad. Autoblogers have options, but offers a purpose autoblogging very valuable for the internet.

When I write an article and publish it on one of my sites, I would love to reach as wide an audience as I can. But, my sites only I could provide you with a limited scope. I would like to extend my regards can go.

Thus, the syndicate my articles so that anyone who wants to use my material can publish on their websites, in their ezines, newsletters and everywhere that you may find useful. If you have a thousand readers, I have just increased my reach. If I come to review a handful of times, my reach multiplies and readers never have a chance to reach are reading my work.

Syndication is like magic to me and I like that kind of magic. My work multiply through the internet and, frankly, I don't care if some autoblogger is pulling my articles with a plugin that allows him to walk away from his computer, and does the job for him. My article was distributed. Is reaching more readers. I don't care if it is automated, as long as you're working on.

Equally true is what to do at times with my blog. Don't always have time to populate them with my own articles. Sometimes pulling content with a plugin that automates the process is valuable for me. Some web sites that I put together stay populated with fresh content. Writers House on my sites reach readers who may never had the opportunity to achieve. All are happy. Nobody is the victim.

The only way that this system can work is if we allow our content to be syndicated. That is, we're giving others permission to use our content. The only condition is that they leave the subtitle intact. They must give us credit for our work. I don't have a problem with others sharing my work and don't have a problem with me sharing them.

The Internet was originally created for this purpose. Its main purpose is to share information. Of course, we have added other uses. We have added the ability to build online businesses. We've added entertainment and we've added a way to stay in touch with friends and family that might be thousands of miles away. But, the main purpose of the internet is still in full force. We are sharing information. Autoblogging offers many of us a way to do just that! It's just automatic and if done well, completely hands free.
